Halfway done!

For some reason the Proud Mommy Moments picture linky thing isn't working for me!  But you can visit Kmama at the Daily Dribbles to join in the fun!

My proud mommy moment revolves around Z-man!

First his report card!

We are half way through the year!

How did that happen?

He got straight A's!!!

He is a smart little cookie!  He does try hard and never argues with me about homework and tries to learn more by asking me unprovoked questions (both about school and church)

My 2nd Proud Mommy Moment from Z-man does revolve around church.

On the way to faith formation he was questioning me about communion.  Asking if it is hard to receive the body and blood of Jesus.  I guess he has noticed that there are words exchanged between the Eucharistic Minister and us when we go up to receive.

Then after faith formation he started asking me about the rosary (I was organizing them in the office area that evening while he was in class)  I explained to him that you say a prayer at each bead.  He asked me if I could teach it to him.

I love that he has God in his heart!

I am also very proud of Little-b's report card.  He did very well the first half of the year in pre-school.  But there aren't "grades"  just if he is doing good or needs a little improvement.  His speech teacher also commented that he is doing wonderfully in speech and that he does try really hard and it is making a big difference.  She doesn't seem to think he will need speech in Kindergarten, but we will see!

That is my Proud Mommy Moment of the week!

What were yours?

High Five to the kiddos on their report cards that is awesome. I wish my son would ask more questions about church. It's like tooth and nail to get him to go sometimes. My daughter on the other hand loves it.
